Nice looking teapot - the glass seems good quality. The insert feels cheaper and less sturdy, the lid especially. It falls out when you pour - you need to hold it on - so be careful with that boiling tea!

Most pleased with this innovative teapot, very much like the clear glass construction - excellent for keeping an eye on brewing strength, and the diffuser well succeeds in preventing tea leaves from getting in your cup or mug. I look forward to much enjoyable use.

It is a very nice tea pot I wanted one that was big enough for two nice size cups of tea and this is perfect.
It keeps the tea nice and hot, and you can either use leafs or tea bags with this pot. I would certainly recommend it, and the service was quick and it was well packaged.

It is a really classy looking teapot. Nice clean lines it really is a feature of my kitchen now and I've had tons of compliments on it already.

Its ease of use from filling through to cleaning out is perfect. Design is excellent in that the square base is larger than the spout area making it easy to store.
